We had such a wonderful time at our breakfast event with Kellogg's and Epicurious Kids Cookery on Saturday, and the fun isn't over! From reading the Love your cereal website.. I was surprised that Froot Loops had less sugar then a blueberry muffin or a 3/4 cup fruit yogurt!

I was also shocked to see how much sugar was in fruit loops compared the muffin and yogurt. I thought it was a lot more! I was also surprised to see cereal only costs 50 cents a serving with milk! That's the cheapest breakfast around!
