Our momstown Calgary members sang and danced to the music of the newest Backyardigans adventure during our Music & Movement event this week sponsored by The Backyardigans Live Tour!
Just like our momstown kids, The Backyardigans like to go on fun adventures. In their newest live tour- The Backyardigans: Sea deep in Adventure- the Backyardigans go underwater, exploring coral reefs and meeting new friends like Octopus and Dolphin.
The kids had a great time dancing and singing along to
songs from The Backyardigans while playing with musical instruments and of course the parachute!
A simple fish craft was a great way to finish off our Under the Sea Adventure. Using 4 popsicle sticks overlap to create a diamond shape and glue in place. Using either tissue paper or construction paper decorate a diamond slightly bigger then the opening and glue in place as the fish body, add a googley eye and viola a perfect fish!
