Moms and Kids Make Finger Print Craft with momstown Calgary

momstown Baby Picassos created their very own "Thumb-kin Patch"!

As we do every Wednesday morning, our Baby Basics group met at Stir Crazy for some mommy and baby fun.  Today, we were in the mood for pumpkins!

First, our babies had their thumbs painted to make finger print pumpkins on their pages.  Some of our little babes used the yummy chubby part of their palms to make their pumpkins.
Then our mommies joined in and made some thumb print pumpkins of their own.

Once the paint was dry, the moms used markers to draw vines and decorate their pages.

Our mommies and babies proudly show off their craft creations!

We ended the morning getting to know each other, chatting about politics, religion, reality tv and updates on who is walking, crawling, sitting and rolling!

Thank you to Stir Crazy for letting us hang out in the Sublime Lime room for this fun morning!

momstown Calgary hosts Baby Basics in the South every Tuesday morning and in the North every Wednesday morning.  Please join us for some fun!
